At San Lorenzo Bikinis, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags and sanitary stickers are in place, and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
